WASHUGYU GRADING SYSTEM (SUPER PRIME BEEF 10+, 8-9, 7)

Washugyu beef is categorized into three distinct grading levels: SPB10+, SPB8–9, and SPB7. These grades are determined using the USDA camera system, which evaluates the degree of marbling and assigns each product to the appropriate grade accordingly. The images below serve as reference photos for each grading level.
